RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We believe in providing our customers with the highest quality product and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or refund if the item(s) are unworn.
After 30 days, any unworn, undamaged merchandise can be returned for a 15% restocking fee or exchanged at no charge but the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from The Waterfowl Company. Discontinued products will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue a refund for your original purchase price (less the cost of shipping) to your original form of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 2 business days from the day we receive your package.

Need a different size or color? No problem! When it comes to exchanges, we understand that sometimes, time is of the essence. The quickest way to exchange your product(s) would be to place an order for your new merchandise so that we can get your item(s) out to you right away. In the meantime, you can complete the return steps above and send in your original order using the carrier of your choice.
Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue a refund for your original purchase price to your original form of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 2 business days from the day we receive your package.
If you do not wish to have two charges pending during your exchange, simply complete the return steps above and note what you would like to exchange for in the email. You will then ship your original items to us using the carrier of your choice. Once we receive your items, we will process your exchange within 2 business days and ship your new item(s) out following payment of shipping for the exchanged items. We will provide a paypal invoice for shipping to be paid before we send out the replacement items.
